From our Seri Kembangan headquarters and branches across the peninsula, we design, fabricate, and install custom roofing, retractable systems, pergolas, and architectural shade for landed homes, shop lots, and commercial buildings. Survey, workshop, and installation sit in the same group — you are not handed off to a catalogue reseller after the first meeting.
The work is specified for local weather — strong sun, UV, heat, and monsoon rain — with drainage, durability, and upkeep in mind, not just appearance. Since 2013 InHome has grown from an awning workshop into a group with in-house manufacturing, ISO-certified processes, and more than 10,000 completed projects. Design

Covers are sized and finished to cut glare on porches and shopfronts without turning the space into a closed box.
UV
Glass, polycarbonate, and composite options are chosen for UV control so furniture and floors last longer outdoors.
Heavy rainfall
Falls, gutters, and joints are designed so monsoon water leaves the roof instead of ponding on the deck.
Heat
Panel type and ventilation are balanced so the cover shades without trapping a still, hot pocket underneath.
Drainage
We check existing downpipes and edge details on site so a new cover does not dump water onto walls or floors.

From Seri Kembangan headquarters and branches in Penang, Ipoh, Seremban, Johor, Batu Pahat, and Melaka. If you are outside those cities, still send the site — we will say honestly whether a crew can reach you.
Yes. Awnings are cut to the building. A site visit captures span, structure, falls, and access so the price matches the job, not a square-metre guess.
Simple covers can move from survey to install in a few weeks; larger or motorised systems take longer for design and fabrication. You get a timeline with the quotation, not a one-size promise.
Metal deck and ACP shed rain well when drainage is correct. Polycarbonate and laminated glass keep more daylight while managing UV. Tettro is for spaces that should open and close. We match the page to the weather problem, then confirm on site.
Yes. InHome Group factories make the frames and panels used on most jobs, which is why sizing and colour stay consistent from workshop to installation.
